The Nurit 8020 operates on AT&T/Cingular's GPRS wireless network. The wireless Nurit 8020 is the PIC-PED approved replacement to the Nurit 8000. It has a clear white backlit screen and a new compact design, but otherwise is nearly identical to the 8000.
The Nurit 8020 includes a built-in printer, internal pinpad, and signature capturing screen. The Nurit 8020 offers the technology and features merchants need, in reliable terminal that will last for years to come and at a price that most can afford. We recommend this terminal for wireless processing above all others currently in production.
Please note: Verifone does not label Nurit 8020 versions any different from each other. If you order a Nurit 8020 GPRS, rest assured that it is the GPRS version, but the manufacturer does not print anything on the terminal or the box to indicate this.
