This specially designed cleaning card cleans thermal print heads that are not easily accessible. The patented pre-saturated thermal printer cleaning card is saturated with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol. The safe, effective, spun-bonded card allows for the total migration of the cleaning solution and will not dry out before it gets the job done. Simply feed the card through the printer as you would any label or ticket stock, and it will remove contaminants from the print head, guide paths, and rollers.

Recommended Usage: Use Thermal Printer Cleaning Cards before inserting every roll of label, ticket, paper or ribbon stock.

Usage Directions:
1) Turn power “OFF” on thermal printer.

2) Label, ticket, paper or ribbon stock must be removed from feed path.

3) Open pouch and remove cleaning card.

4) Insert cleaning card into feed path.

5) Press form feed or manually pull cleaning card using both hands until the entire card has been pulled free.

6) Repeat process if necessary.

7) Properly dispose of used card.

8) Printer is ready for immediate use.
